This cozy Pass A Grille Beach condo sleeps 4 in a murphy bed, and a trundle bed. It has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a TV. There are two grills located on the upper viewing deck of the building facing the beach for renter's use.

A 15 minute car trip to downtown St. Petersburg offers sidewalk dining at the many restaurants on Beach Ave. Museums, highlighted by the Dali museum and the Chihuly Glass Museum, will satisfy your artistic pallet, and those of your guests.

Tech Travel was easy to work with and responded quickly. Vivian was especially pleasant and lovely. The unit we stayed in at this property was very light and well decorated for a place at the beach. We had our 8 year old granddaughter with us and it was great but would probably not recommend this place for folks with young children. It is basically a retirement community with lots of noise restrictions. Also not at all a party place at the beach for young adults. Mature renters only. The older people who reside there are a little frosty but warm up eventually. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the Brass Monkey. We saw two spectacular sunsets. You need to be very organized in the unit because it is definitely tiny living for three people with lots of luggage. It is necessary to put the beach chairs outside on the walk to have any room at all in the closet. We stored things under the Murphy bed to get them out of the way. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the feel of unit 10 and the thought that was put into making it special. I have cleaned homes and rentals for 30 years so a five is pretty tough to get out of me :)

The place was very nice and Pass-A-Grille is a great beach town. There are several very good restaurants just steps from the place. I would tell potential renters the bathroom is pretty small. I am not a big person (5' 10"), so it wasn't an issue, but my shoulders nearly touched both walls, so a larger person might have issues. The whole bathroom was pretty small, but adequate. The place was well equipped, and nicely decorated. All in all, a pretty good stay. I also had a problem with communications from the property manager, but it was completely my fault. All of the emails were going to quarantine, and it took a while to figure that out. Even still the property manager put up with my requests and was very responsive.
