Introducing our captivating new addition, La Tortuga Boutique Vacation Rentals, nestled in the heart of historic Downtown Pass-a-Grille. This enchanting 1925 building, once known as the Marine Apartments, a parking lot, and a verdant event space, has undergone a lavish transformation, emerging as the crowning jewel of 8th Ave – the smallest beach downtown in America!

As you step into your suite, you'll be greeted by brand-new furnishings that were meticulously curated. Freshly painted walls exude a pristine charm, while our resplendent Miami Dade pine hardwood floors have been lovingly sanded, buffed, and polished to unveil their original splendor. Smart flat-screen TVs grace the rooms, equipped with Hulu for your evening or rainy-day entertainment. In our kitchenettes, you'll find retro mini-fridges or full refrigerators, stoves, ovens, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and a complete array of kitchenware, catering to both short- and long-term stays.

Step into a world of luxury within this ground-level gem, designed to accommodate a total of 4 cherished guests. Find resplendent comfort in a queen-sized bed, and for added convenience, a pull-out sleeper sofa that promises a restful night's sleep. Each suite boasts a commodious full-size bathroom, complete with a blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and a luggage rack. For ultimate comfort and tranquility, blackout shades conceal behind bamboo blinds, ensuring restful nights and rejuvenating afternoon siestas.

La Tortuga offers three outdoor sanctuaries for you to revel in. The upstairs balcony entices you with four sumptuous sofa chairs and a generous flat-screen TV. Downstairs, a covered outdoor couch, an additional flat-screen TV, an outdoor dining table, and two inviting lounge chairs await your leisure.

But the centerpiece of our property is the sprawling main green event space, adorned with majestic royal palms that provide cooling shade to lounging areas equipped with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables. Large umbrellas offer further respite, making it the ideal setting for relaxation, whether you seek refuge from the summer sun or embrace it year-round. Please note that the Main Green Event Space might occasionally be reserved for private events, rendering it temporarily unavailable.

With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.

For your peace of mind, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets. A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.

Starting February 1, we're breaking ground on a new heated pool to elevate your stay with us. This addition reflects our ongoing commitment to providing top-notch amenities and a comfortable vacation experience. While we aim to complete the project by March 31, please note that dates may change due to external factors like weather conditions. We're dedicated to a high-quality construction process, and adjustments to the timeline may be necessary to address any unforeseen challenges. Thank you for your understanding and anticipation during this exciting upgrade!

Don't hesitate to inquire about renting the entire property for a special event, be it a reception, anniversary celebration, or corporate retreat.

Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the washer and dryer occupy the second floor, requiring stairs for access. Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 reside on the ground level. Please be aware that none of our suites are ADA compliant, as the building is a cherished relic from 1925, steeped in historical significance in Pass-a-Grille, Florida.

A gem in lovely Pass-A-Grille

My husband and I love vacationing in Pass-A-Grille and were excited to find the newly renovated LaTortuga boutique hotel. We stumbled upon the property while here last year, and Brandon met us to give us a tour. We were delighted to book Unit 8 for our stay this year, big enough to accommodate our adult children as guests if either decided to visit during our two week stay. The location of LaTortuga is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit itself is appointed beautifully, with tasteful decorations and everything we needed for a lovely stay. We were sure to book for next year before we left PAG.

When I asked my grandchild what the best part of the trip was the hammock in the garden was right up there.
This was a beautiful trip- sunrise over the intercostal, breakfast at Seahorse across the street, days in the garden, dinners nearby, sunset over the gulf! Though we did things in Tampa, St. Pete, and Tarpon Springs we won't leave Pass a Grille the next time we come, everything is right there.
Please keep historic Pass a Grille just as it is.

This apartment rental was perfect! Everything was clean, very comfortable and just blocks from everywhere we wanted to go: the beach, Brass Monkey, ice cream shop, and Seahorse cafe. The private seating areas were great as well. We will be renting again!
