This cozy Pass A Grille Beach condo is a newly remodeled studio which sleeps 2 in a King size bed. It has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee, maker, and flat screen tv. There are two grills located on the upper viewing deck of the building facing the beach for renter's use.

Beach Taxi up and down the beach for tips and a trolley will take you to downtown St. Petersburg for even more fun.
By car it is a 10 minute trip to Fort DeSoto Park and their beautiful private beaches, reported to be one of the 15 finest beaches in the world. Rollerblading, biking, picnic facilities and fishing pier available.
A 15 minute car trip to downtown St. Petersburg offers sidewalk dining at the many restaurants on Beach Ave. Museums, highlighted by the Dali museum and the Chihuly Glass Museum, will satisfy your artistic pallet, and those of your guests.
Tampa International Airport and St Pete/Clwtr Airport are about a 25 minute ride by car or taxi: “From plane to beach in less than ½ hour!”

This spot is perfect for a Passé a Grille get away. Enough sleeping space for 2 plus updated kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer a bonus. I am a repeat customer!

We are huge pass-a-grille fans and have stayed in various locations down here for the past 15 years. We have never stayed at this particular hotel and was a little skeptical at first but WOW what a huge awesome surprise we got when we opened the room. Everything I was absolutely perfect! Best time we have ever experienced here. Thanks for everything. We will be back soon!��

Excellent ...recently remodeled..very nice...patio deck on 2nd floor was being remodeled while we were there but it was not too loud or any problem for us...will be nice when done...brass monkey bar-restaurant was next door...shut down noise

We had a great experience. We have stayed at this property before, so we are familiar with the building and the location. Travel Tech made things simple, easy and seamless to minimize any unnecessary communication regarding check in and check out. The unit has been recently updated (4/22) so things were in good repair. It’s a cozy unit but good for what we needed it for which was its location right across from the beach and near restaurants and the quaint shopping street in Pass A Grille. There was some confusion over the parking situation which used to require a pass but now apparently requires your car license plate to be registered w the town. It eventually got straightened out but you may want to clarify upfront to avoid any bother during your stay. Rental agent was responsive.
