Essex House, an artist’s house, offers 2,500 square feet of living space and everything you need to create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Essex House is well appointed and includes stunning and whimsical artwork throughout making your stay a truly unique experience. The main living space is located on the second floor where you can enjoy views of Boca Ciega Bay from a private furnished wraparound deck with Gas Grill. Discover a chef's kitchen with granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, upgraded cabinets, a 15-foot granite breakfast/buffet bar, and stainless-steel appliances including a wall oven and a countertop range with a stainless-steel hood. It's perfect for entertaining! The living/dining room offers a hideaway TV with DVD movies and Netflix. The gorgeous living space allows you to wind down and relax after a fantastic day at the beach or strolling downtown. This level also enjoys a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer and a guest bedroom with a smart TV, a desk, and access to the wraparound deck. The ground level has a beautiful garden area with table, chairs, and umbrella to enjoy the local ambiance of this unique coastal community.

Upstairs you will discover two well-appointed bedrooms, one of them being the primary suite. Historic Gulfport Visit

This is the nicest and largest property we have stayed. The inside is upgraded with large stocked modern kitchen, whirlpool bath, electric blinds, wine refrigerators and great view from the top floor. Importantly when we needed to travel to a beach management brought chairs,umbrellas,cooler and a grill for the patio. That kind of response doesn’t happen frequently. We suggest only two things to make things great- a booklet to explain how everything works and someway to watch local or any TV. There are many TVs but couldn’t watch March Madness games. Luckily there are bars literally across the street. You can listen to their music all day till 11pm. It was fine for adults but may keep small ones up. Stairs may be difficult for the elderly as well. Thanks for a wonderful spring break.

The home was very comfortable and exceeded expectations. The view of the home from the bay is amazing. We'll definately try to stay here again. There are several restaurants and shops in close walking distance that make the location fantastic.
