The washer and Dryer are located right around the corner from the unit. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Shore & never ending Gulf Water's from your entry and living room. The Sunset Chateau building is situated right on the Beach, Elevator, Shared Large Pool, Outdoor Shared BBQ Grills & Tables.
It's just a Short Stroll down the Beach or the Blvd to the local favorite hangouts ~ Caddy's & Ka Tiki ~ Known for Terrific Eats, Daily & Nightly Live Music and Drinks.

It was very nice and accommodating The elevators were a problem. Wiould definitely stay there again. Beautiful sunsets!!!
