We have our own private and public golf course depending on the season.
We are just ten minutes from Fort Desoto and 5 minutes from Tierra Verde or St. Pete Beach!
Our living room and master bedroom opens to our prized balcony where you will want to spend your days and evenings.
Our Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchenware needed for a short or long term stay. We have updated stainless steel appliances. From the kitchen, it leads into the dining room then living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the north side of our unit and leave you plenty of privacy.
The pool is right outside our windows so it’s an easy and quick walk. No need to use stairs as we have an elevator. Relax at the pool or use our gym. Enjoy walking the waterfront of the property.
We have a 14 day minimum rental restriction.
