  • All Concierge Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed as confirmed until we contact the supplier to reconfirm availability. We will always do our best to accommodate though at times the vendor may be sold out and does not have availability to accommodate your request. Upon verifying availability, we will email you a confirmation. The confirmation will list the details of the Concierge service you are requesting along with the policies. An Invoice is also emailed to you at the time your Concierge request has been confirmed.
