Located right on the beach. This two bedroom, one bath, top floor corner unit features direct Gulf of Mexico views and a heated pool in beautiful Pass-a-Grille Beach. Experience direct gulf and beach views from the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the most beautiful sunsets on the beach. Gulf views from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has a queen Murphy Bed and a twin trundle bed, the unit sleeps six comfortably. Laundry in the unit.

Beach Chairs and Towels are available in the unit, Linens are included along with Toiletries to get you started upon arriving.

St Petersburg Beach/Pass-a-grille has it all. Some of the attractions are our local favorite hangouts. You will find many unique beach communities along St. Petersburg Beachfront. The area is perfect for having an amazing vacation with your family and friends. Enjoy beach combing, Boating, Miniature Golf, Paddle Boarding, Nature Photography, Scenic Drives, Shelling on the beach, Souvenir Shopping, Sight Seeing and bike riding. Other activities in the area include Jet boat rides, Sunset & Dolphin watching boat tours. Perfect Location in Paradise!

We had a fabulous time! We’re a family of 4. My husband and I, a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Initially was choosing between this rental or Tradewinds and so glad we made the right choice! We had a couple of issues, one being the A/C, but service recovery of staff was top notch! We felt such effort to resolve the issue and the pros outweigh the cons by far. The baby monitor reaches the beach so that is something to note for families with babies! Lovely place, balcony overlooking the ocean is awesome, we never even used the pool because we beached all day everyday! And location definitely cannot be beat. Brass Monkey closeby has good food too. Great coffee shop in the corner. Good Vibes all the way! 100% recommend & will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at this condo. Location is fantastic,condo was clean,great customer service from Tech Travel (needed a maintenance person to fix toilet and response was within 2 hours), easy check in/out. We look forward to returning someday!
Best Place Ever!

This rental was better than I ever expected, and we couldn't have asked for more. Upon arrival, all of the lights and fans were on and it was so inviting, along with a very large and immaculate place. The apartment was equiped with all of the kitchenware and kitchen appliances, nice furniture, and was perfect with a king bed in the separate bedroom and a double pull-down and twin bed with a trundle pull-out in the second bedroom. The dishwasher, and washer & dryer was a huge plus, along with beach chairs, beach towels, iron and other amenities. The view of the Gulf was fantastic with many windows inside and a large wrap-around porch outside. The pool in the back was warm and was great for after the beach or during days not on the beach. This rental is situated in the most convenient part of Pass-A-Grille and a few steps away from 8th Ave, Brass Monkey, Paradise Grille and the beach. I can't say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely be back.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The location was perfect and we were able to pop over to the beach or down to the pool as we wanted. Our kids still nap and go to bed relatively early, so it was amazing to have a balcony with a gulf/sunset view to relax on while we waited. The proximity to restaurants was also super convenient. We had an amazing time and we’ll be back!

Everything was perfect except for TechTravel. They were very disappointing. Zero customer service skills. Don’t count on getting a call back from the number given at check in. Won’t happen. I had to call and email part of one day and into the next to resolve an issue that could have been easily handle with one call. All they wanted to do was argue.

Hello, truthful response as we have a call log, text and email threads: this renter did not give us her vehicle information after us asking for it a half dozen times,we have a complete vrbo message thread with her, with us responding each and every time. She did not give us her vehicle information, therefore she got a parking ticket and then wanted us to pay for the parking pass after it was her fault for not giving us her info after countless times of asking . This is standard procedure and we have never had a problem with parking with any other guest. She also sent us rude sarcastic messages instead of just sending us her vehicle information.

I love Pass A Grille, I have stayed at many places here and this is my new favorite. I have Gerd and the adjustable bed was a amazing surprise. The condo was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing. Definitely staying here again.

Great Location

We love the Pass-A-Grille area so we knew we would love this location. Just a few feet from the beach and walking distance to several restaurant/bars. Only complaint is the rental below ours was occupied by 10+ people who were loud in the evening while we were trying to enjoy our deck time in peace.

The condo had many upgrades which was nice. We had an issue with the dryer. Vivian got back to us in a few minutess to correct the proble. The town changed their parking policies and issued us a ticket again Vivian had it taken care of immediately. We have rented the same place for over 10 years and the Tech Travel has been wonderful every year. Quick responses, condo was immaculate and we hope to be back next year. Just waiting for them to send the contract.

Wonderful ! 6th year here and we love it.. New owners who have fixed up the place! Bright and airy, well equipped kitchen. And there was something I needed and contacted the owners and it was there the next day. Very accommodating ! the BEST views. Going back next year
Great Night in Pass-A-Grille

Great condo. Super clean. Comfortable, with great beds, plenty of Tv's, awesome secluded oasis at the pool, and right across the street from Pass-A-Grille beach. Restaurants, bars, ice cream all within walking distance. It couldn't have been better or easier.

This was the perfect rental for us!! Location right on the beach, the rental has very nice kitchen utensils and cookware. Place was very clean. The view for sunsets was fabulous!! We will rent here again.
Pass A Grille Beach Condo

Condo was very nice, great location and view was spectacular. TV's were a tad confusing to get working for us seniors but we weren't there to watch TV anyway. Shower doors leaked from being impropertly installed on a rush basis before we got there and bathroom sink drain was not installed correctly for the water to drain but we managed. Inconvenience to have the door code changed on us last minute with several phone calls from Tech Travel.

Loved this place. The pics are exactly what you get. This place was spotless upon checkin and slept all 6 of us comfortably. Right on the beach with amazing sunsets. Loved the balcony area so much room. Local restaurants were great along with the beach community. Didn’t have any problems during our stay and everything worked great. We will be back and Thank You.

Location, location, location ! Beautiful sunsets to view from your wrap around deck. I can only say the condo needs some updating. Something to brighten it up. The cleaning wasn’t as good as I would of liked it, but I clean everything when I go into a rentals. Great vacation.

Weve stayed three times now, it's the perfect location
clean well equipped. except the bed .it desperately needs a new mattress. they put a pillow top on it, please replace it, its been there for 4 years. other than that, the place is perfect. the pool is perfect, I would give it a five star, but the bed caused me to de rate the experience

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the master bed was likesleeping on a cloud! It has a beautiful patio overlooking the beach, which is directly across the street, just steps away. The only thing I would say is that it was a bit squishy for 6 adults, as the second "bedroom"is also the entry way to the condo. We had to step over sleeping family members to get out in the morning. It would be better suited for 2 adults and 4 children. Overall, though, I highly recommend this property!

Great Location

The condo was everything described and the location was superb, right across from Pass a grille beach. Master bed was a little soft for our taste but our bodies adapted after a few days. Must have been the Rum! Love the pool and the balcony for sunsets. We will be back!!

Condo on the Beach!

This condo is the perfect location within a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The balcony is amazing with the views right on the water. Awesome in the morning and evenings! And if you need a break from the sand the pool is right there! Loved it.

ALMOST PARADISE

We have been staying in this condo for nine years. We have made wonderful friends and the view from our terrace is like no other. To make this a true upscale condo I would make some changes.
The furniture on the terrace is awful. Blows over whenever there is a wind. Would be nice to have a small sitting are ( love seat, table in corner off bedroom.
Because we are there for a long time it is difficult for us to have dinner guests. A nice big table and heavy bar stools would be a wonderful place to have dinner. Kitchen is very lacking in pots, pans, utensils.
Those are my major complaints but I would not stay anywhere else. The view, pool and people are what make us come back every year.

WE LOVE PASS-A-GRILL. WE ARE HOPING TO RETURN FOR ANOTHER VISIT AS SOON AS MARCH. WE STAYED IN A VERY CLEAN ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BATH CONDO. IT HAD ALL THE AMENITIES AND WE WOULD STAY AGAIN. HOWEVER, THE BED IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE WITH A BAD BACK. IT IS TOO SOFT TO A POINT OF ALMOST ROLLING OUT. THE SHOWER WAS TEPID AT BEST. OTHERWISE, LOVED THE VIEW AND THE UNIT WAS LOVELY AND COULD ACCOMMODATE ANOTHER 2 PEOPLE. THE BEACH WAS ACROSS THE STREET AND THERE IS PLENTY OF SPACE FOR EVERYONE. THE LOCATION IS A QUIET AREA WITH 5-7 GREAT RESTAURANTS IN WHICH TO WALK.THE JOLLY TROLLEY IS AN EASY WAY TO TRAVEL UP AND DOWN THE PENINSULA.
